We operate numerous vehicles of a variety of sizes from small to LWB Sprinter size vehicles. All vehicles are fitted with GPS systems which enables our drivers to find addresses quickly & efficiently.
Rapid Air staff will always be helpful and friendly and must abide to our Company`s Code of Professional Conduct at all times.
All employees are required to wear our Company uniform and are issued with a Company ID which must be worn at all times when collecting / delivering consignments.
We hold contracts with numerous airlines and deliver their consignments nationwide on a daily basis.
For each consignment delivered we obtain a signature, a printed name and the time the delivery was effected and this is then entered on to our system and can be accessed via the WorldTracer System.
We are IATA R 753 compliant meaning luggage is fully traceable from initial collection from the airport right through to the physical delivery of the luggage to the passenger, with each stage being automatically uploaded to the WorldTracer System.
